I would love it if the system were able to stop a customer from buying a membership when they already have a membership. Our most recent example - we put a freeze on a membership, the member decided to come back early so they went online and purchased a membership. That only produced two memberships and I had to figure out how to fix the error. If the system would stop them from purchasing a membership if they already have one, that would be ideal. If it could do the same sort of thing with punch cards... looking to be sure the last punch card was used up before allowing them to purchase another punch card that would be great.

Save us a click! Add the barcode# on the main Profile Information page so we don't have to click into the "Edit Patron" page to view it.

Membership Waivers to be able to be signed online or in person that automatically attach to the customers account. Attach any waivers online to the customers account.

I've noticed that when i merge new internet members with their accounts already in the system on several occasions their email is deleted from their account.

We have memberships that are discounted based on age for example our senior memberships start at age 55. When the person reaches 55 I would love the ability to set up a senior membership to begin on or after the birthday so there is no interruption in membership or need to refund and recharge. Right now the system won't let me add a senior membership to begin the day after the members birthday because they are not 55 on the day that I am trying to add the membership.

We think it might be helpful to be able to cap each membership type during our annual registration period as well as have a waitlist type of registration after that cap was reached.

To be able to print, sort, and generate into excel a report of the failed payments. It is only listed on sportsman and you cannot print or download or sort it. Under "Action", then on the left side tab "Financial" and then "Failed Automated Payments" section.

A report that generates all the admittances that are NOT active(when they scan in and it pops up red). We can only see the ones that check in. We would like to see how many are scanning in without memberships.
