Sportsman Feature Requests

Currently when you define a membership you can select how many admissions in a time period (very good for preventing double taps). However we have a DIF instructor who does classes back to back and the classes are 45 minutes. This means if someone wants to take both classes, they cannot scan in for the second class until after the second class has started, or we manually enter them. If the 'admit every X hours' would allow .5 hr increments, they could use the system.

Have the admittance system use the punchpass that is expiring first when people are admitted. This will allow people to purchase punchpasses before the previous one is empty and speed up admittance. This will help ensure the punches are used before the pass expires.

Farmington Parks and Recreation. Have an admittance control queue so we can have a screen at the front for them to scan in on their own without any type of security breach access

We need to be able to run admittance control and use UPC barcode scanner on same computer with Sportsman Web!!!

Several of our members need access to their monthly visit report to submit for insurance reimbursement or for their wellness programs. It would be nice if they could access this in their activity reg account instead of emailing staff to send it to them.

When doing a manual admittance it would be beneficial if we could select multiple patrons so we could do a a family with the same last name without having to do each individually. Also when we have it set to prompt for family members on the admittance page the background scanner stops. It would be helpful if that kept going behind that family screen.

Members can see/check their attendance - can we get it set up so that members can check their own attendance totals on the ActivityReg site? We have Lifelong Learning and Recreation Center members that get reimbursements for their attendance, and it would be nice if they could check it themselves.
