Sportsman Feature Requests

We want to remove the participant from the roster without refunding money or charging a cancellation fee because they didn't cancel, they just didn't show up or they didn't meet refund requirements.

It would be handy if we could look up individual - view waitlist - and enroll from the "waitlist entries screen for the patron". Currently we need to look up the wait list for the patron, then switch back to activity registration and look up the activity to enroll from the wait list. This change would save staff steps.

If an activity has fee-based questions associated with it, deleting the activity alone will not refund those question fees. For example: Camp registration fee: $50 Question: "Would you like an extra shirt?" → Yes (+$5) Total paid: $55 If you delete the camp registration, the system will only refund the $50 activity fee. The $5 shirt fee will remain on the account because it is tied to the question response, not the activity itself. To receive a full refund, you must first go to Account Details and remove any fee-based question responses. Once those question fees are removed, deleting the activity will refund the remaining activity fee. Current behavior: Delete activity only → Refunds activity fee only Delete fee-based question responses and activity → Refunds full amount paid

Currently, when an activity has a wait list, the class is listed in red when registering. Then, if the class gets an opening, the color changes back to black even if there is a waitlist. I would like the class to stay Red whenever there is a waitlist even if there is a class opening. It is causing issues when my staff sees a class opening and starts to enroll a student then has to tell the family "Oh, there is a waitlist".

Would like a way to add a refundable fee (in addition to standard registration fee) into activity registrations without a Yes/No question. Currently can't find a way to add this without the Y/N question, and it will only charges with one answer or the other. It also confuses everyone. It would be less confusing if it was just a fee- no question.

For example, we have created a seasonal program for our pool (lap swim) that we would like to be free to members that have purchased one of our seasonal pool memberships, specifically excluding the annual gym membership. However, current activity and membership parameters only allows for us to check the box to give membership discount across the board. Alternatively, purchasing a seasonal pool pass does not include regular group fitness classes. The system could be better for member/non-member rates and connecting them to the respective membership. Will this be part of the upcoming "flex pricing"?

It would help us out a lot if we could add a drop in feature to our programs. We host art programs, that we charge a Drop in fee for, if they are only wanting to attend for the day. If we add a drop in option under the program, it would help see how many are in the class that day even if they do not pay for the entire session. Hopefully this makes sense.

This would help out our operations SOOOOOO MUCH! A drop in option in our programs/leagues with the ability to add them to a roster for that night. It makes our life so much easier as well as our instructors and coaches/captains.
