Unfortunately, during a summer construction project, our internet service cable was cut multiple times and staff had to manually record inventory sales at concessions. None of those days were able to be actively recorded in the system on the same day. If the WiFi was only down for an hour, staff would go back and manually enter that data the same day/shift, but there were times when WiFi was down for a few days in a row. Am I missing an easy way to go back and enter that information retroactively so that it is in the system for reports and till reconciliation/deposit reports, without skewing the data for the day that it was entered?
