I think it would be great to have the same age restriction that is present in activities be present in the facilities as well. We reserve facilities only to those over 21, so this would be extremely beneficial

When emailing patrons through the patron list, it would be amazing if there was a button to take out duplicated emails.

There needs to be a minimum number of slots (nights staying) per reservation option for campsites. Most campgrounds require you to stay 2 nights, but with the current set up there is no good way to do that.

Is there, or could there be, a report that tracks transactions based on the login ID? It helps when there is an error, and while the time/date feature for report sorting is handy, if the same mistake is made on multiple days, tracking by user would be more helpful.

It would be helpful to have some type of audit log that show when account was modified and by who. I know we can find a log of who handles payments, but when it comes to modifying memberships in some way, putting notes in the account, etc. it would be really helpful to be able to use a audit log to back track to the person that modified the account in the event there was a problem or something done wrong so we can train specific staff on those issues.

It would be really helpful if the ActivityReg 3.0 calendar could pull in time slots for each day, and not just classes/programs. We use time slots for group fitness classes, and our members would love to see a month at a glance with each day's class offerings. It would also be helpful if there was a sort function when defining calendar events (sorting by name and date functionality). Finally, making current items on the calendar inactive instead of deleting would also be helpful. I know that's a lot; we would love to use the calendar, but we need more functionality.

We want to remove the participant from the roster without refunding money or charging a cancellation fee because they didn't cancel, they just didn't show up or they didn't meet refund requirements.

Can you make it so that a receipt isn't changed when a program is transfered, refunded, etc? Right now if I refund something from 3 months ago, the receipt changes. It doesn't show any record of who made the change or anything. This is causing problems within our organization. Transactions should all be separate.

Could we add an option under the Internet Registration Tab that reflects the times we want to see the activity/membership/etc online- but keep the registration dates for that activity. *Show on Internet - YES ADD- "Dates to Show on Public Site" BEGIN ONLINE ______________(Calendar/time) to END ONLINE _______________ (Calendar/time) Blank would mean "show on internet immediately". An end date would remove the post online on that date (ie- after registration is closed) Keep- Registration Begins & Registration Ends
