Sportsman Feature Requests

When you set up a program under this heading, there is no option to set league play days. When the activity goes out, it is set up as though it is a daily event. Our volleyball leagues, in specific, play Mondays, Wednesdays (Co-Ed), and Sundays for Women's and Men's leagues, but notifications on the dashboard have Volleyball every day of the week.

On the client Edit tab under "Other" where the discount is entered, could there be a date field that would be the required discontinued date of the discount instead of having to go into the other tab and manually remove the type of discount. For instance if a scholarship is good for 3 months the end date that it is available without further application could be entered so the discount would no longer apply after that date.

We have had a few members ask if they could get the option to add their membership code to their phones apple or android "wallet". Like you would add your credit or debit card, for easy access.

Requesting a Microsoft Entra Enterprise app to enable us to use the single sign on feature and not have to manage separate credentials for Sportsman.

Is it possible to have a pop up contact form on our website. This would be really helpful to have this contact submission form sent to our email address so that we could get more information to process requests and not lose requests to the junk folder or get quarantined.

It would be great if there is a toggle option to to add a notification email to the office/coach if a new participant registers for a class. This could act as a means of tracking on if/how promotions, emails or social media posts work. It would also be helpful to keep track of late registrations or waitlist links being accepted.

I would like to see the waivers set up like the questions. We have different waivers for sports, dance, gymnastics, etc. We have included most into our main waiver but it is so long. I would like to be able to have the standard waiver, Concussion waiver, Code of Conduct waiver, travel waiver, etc. available to choose which waiver/waivers we would like attached to the activity. So the participant would have to agree to one or more waivers. It also this will make the registrant more aware of what they are agreeing to and if they question the waiver they can look at a specific smaller document instead of having to scroll through a large document.

Could we add an option under the Internet Registration Tab that reflects the times we want to see the activity/membership/etc online- but keep the registration dates for that activity. *Show on Internet - YES ADD- "Dates to Show on Public Site" BEGIN ONLINE ______________(Calendar/time) to END ONLINE _______________ (Calendar/time) Blank would mean "show on internet immediately". An end date would remove the post online on that date (ie- after registration is closed) Keep- Registration Begins & Registration Ends

Membership Waivers to be able to be signed online or in person that automatically attach to the customers account. Attach any waivers online to the customers account.

Having an option to sign up to volunteer coach to the program itself.
