Sportsman Feature Requests

It would be nice if we could have a print button when reviewing documents right on Sportsman instead of having to download then print from the generated download.

When clicking on the "Membership Tab" under a user's account, can you add a column next to "Purchased by" that shows who the membership is "Assigned To"? That would be helpful to have all of that information on the membership tab for the family group so we do not have to click on each individual sold membership to see who has an assigned membership.

When emailing patrons, it would be extremely helpful if the system could automatically remove duplicate email addresses before sending. Currently, if a parent has multiple children enrolled in the same class or program, the system sends them the same email multiple times. This is quickly using up our email limits and can also be frustrating for parents who may receive the same message 3–5 times. Having an automatic duplicate-email filter would help reduce unnecessary emails, improve communication efficiency, and create a better experience for both staff and patrons.

We send out reminder emails & text messages for programs that people have registered for. It would be very helpful if we could have these scheduled so we don't have to remind people to come to the program they signed up for while we are preparing for the program or are out of the office.

We make use of the Facility Reservations function for the multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, racquetball, tennis, etc) in our building, and would love to be able to display those "live" court reservations on a TV display, or multiple displays.

As part of our memberships there are additional optional add-on features that people can purchase/be charged. It would be helpful to allow users to select those features when signing up for their memberships and pay.

It would be helpful to have some type of audit log that show when account was modified and by who. I know we can find a log of who handles payments, but when it comes to modifying memberships in some way, putting notes in the account, etc. it would be really helpful to be able to use a audit log to back track to the person that modified the account in the event there was a problem or something done wrong so we can train specific staff on those issues.

There needs to be an option to print all membership cards at one time for a particular program. We have over 1300 pickleball members who need their cards printed. It takes me days to do this indivdually. If there was a "print selected" or "all" option this would be FANTASTIC.

We need a way to show changes made to a reservation. We've had reservations get changed by other staff members to allow them to put their own reservations in. We need more accountability with that.
