It would be great if a client could see what position they are at on the waitlist by looking at their online account. In person, you can click "view waitlist" on each persons account to see this, but the client can't check themselves.

It would be great if we could get notifications for expiring rentals within facliities. For example, we rent out lockers but due to the volume of rentable lockers do not have an efficient way of keeping track of when they expire. If Sportsman could send out an email with expiring rentable spaces to the users, we could reach out to those who need to reup their rental.

Can you please make it possible for coaches (i.e. class instructors) to print their roster instead of just see it on their devices? We require parents to sign in and out their children for programs. Our instructors can only see their rosters on their phones and cannot print a list of important information and attendance sheets. Our instructors have repeatedly asked for a full list to print out and keep on-site instead of scrolling through their phones.

Would love ability to avoid double headers when creating a schedule.

I would like the ability to add permanent, timestamped notes to account groups and individual patrons. Each note should display who created it and when, and the notes should not be editable.

We would like to be able to incorporate specific discount codes for sales purposes. For example, we would like to be able to use something like "New20," and put this code on direct mail pieces to new member prospects. Then if they sign up online (or even come in to the facility) we could use that discount code. But that discount code would not apply to everyone ... only those who enter the specific code.

While the activity reg is great for programs, classes, facility rental, etc., it would be a game changer if Sportsman had an app like other gyms do for members where they can check in, make payments, manage their membership through the app, etc.

It would be very helpful if we could add a number of how many participants are with an organization. For example - if we are selling a Daycare Season Pool Pass (membership) - we want to be able to have the number of participants associated to the organization account - so when we check them out, the membership pass would just take the number of participants in the organization times the cost of the pass to get the rate. Right now - we are able to add a fee per additional member but that would mean we would have to list 50+ employees to the organization account to associate that number of people to the pass to get the correct rate.
