Sportsman Feature Requests

Currently when we run our weekly outstanding balance report to determine any missed payments for facility bookings, the only date that shows up is the date that the patron booked the site (not the actual date of the booking - when it takes place). In order to see if their booking has actually passed (and therefore owe us for the booking), we have to manually go into every reservation under the patron account to view the reservation date. It would be so helpful to include this info in the report.

When setting up a scheduled report, it would be nice to be able to select a format such as Excel or CSV instead of only in PDF. You can do this when you run a report manually just not when setting up a scheduled report.

When creating tournaments, we would like a round robin option in addition to single and double elimination.

With all of our facility reservations, we give the current lessee 7 days to book that same facility before it becomes available to the general public online. Example: The Smith Family Reunion is held on the 2nd Saturday in August every year at the American Legion Shelter. They have 7 days after their reservation to book the facility for the following year before it becomes available for the rest of the public to reserve. To do this requires some creativity, and does not allow for the Smith family to reserve online, but rather, we have to override this in person or over the phone. It would be great to provide the Smith family with an email link that would allow them to reserve the facility prior to it being available to everyone else. I can also see this being extremely useful for campsites as well.

Within event ticketing it would like to have an option to sell our theatre tickets with a reserved seating map and ticket pricing options- rather than using an outside company- even if an add on option. Current option would allow general admission only.

Unfortunately, during a summer construction project, our internet service cable was cut multiple times and staff had to manually record inventory sales at concessions. None of those days were able to be actively recorded in the system on the same day. If the WiFi was only down for an hour, staff would go back and manually enter that data the same day/shift, but there were times when WiFi was down for a few days in a row. Am I missing an easy way to go back and enter that information retroactively so that it is in the system for reports and till reconciliation/deposit reports, without skewing the data for the day that it was entered?

Would it be possible to set up an automated notification system for punch passes. Ideally, when a patron’s remaining punches reach a certain number, we could configure it to automatically send an email or text letting them know their balance is getting low. This would help keep patrons informed and encourage timely renewals.

We would like to be able to add a ticket number, not just a receipt number, to QR code layouts. That way when people purchase multiple tickets for an event with separate QR codes, they can distinguish between the different QR code tickets when printing. If they were numbered it would make it easier to see which tickets had already been printed.

It would be very helpful if SilverSneakers and Renew Active membership numbers could appear on the main profile page, rather than having to click into the Patron page to verify their eligibility.
