Sportsman Feature Requests

Right now, the Desktop version of Sportsman lets users export reports—like deposit reports—in a clean, Excel-friendly format that’s easy to work with. However, the Web version doesn’t offer the same convenience. Users have to Edit Export Formats and spend time reformatting the exported data just to make it readable, which can be frustrating and inefficient. It would be a big improvement if the Web version could support the same export functionality as the Desktop version. This would save time and make reporting much smoother for users.

When defining an activity, there is a notes section that you can add a receipt note that will print on the patrons receipt. Could you implement that same feature for when a patron reserves a facility? We have a facility that requires a code to gain access, and the receipt notes would be a great spot to communicate that code to the patron.

Requesting an automatic process for pricing differences while transferring activities. Ask to refund difference or put balance on account credit, OR charge the difference if a balance is owed.

I have a program that has a questions with a fee attached to it. I want to be able to delete the program and refund the program fee and the question fee. ie. Camp is $200, but there is a question for a tshirt that costs $8. Total $208. When I delete the camp, I only get $200 refunded. I need to go under Account Details to get the $8 tshirt refunded.

I think that a help button on ActivityReg would be super helpful. This would allow patrons to search for helpful documents similar to how the help button on SportsMan works. I have had a lot of people call or email needing guidance on how to add Check In/Out Rules and so on.

Can we please have a larger upload size for PDF, PNG and JPG Files. The reason I ask is I receive a lot of files from other people and don't have the original file. When I try to reduce the size of these files sometimes the text or picture gets blurry. Also, some of the PDFs are multiple pages which makes it hard to shrink the size of them.

I believe I have posted this once before, but do not want it to get lost int the mix. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT addition to defining a program. This way we do not have to create a discount design, or adjust the pricing after registration. Hopefully this makes sense.

It would be nice if there was a way to remove someone from a program without issuing a refund. Example: We have a refund policy of one week. If they cancel after that, they do not get a refund at all. But we still would like the roster to be accurate. If we charge a cancellation fee of the full amount of the class it doesn't work. The patron will end up with a balance of the price of the class in their account that requires payment.

Our Day Camp comes with a child pool pass and our finance department wants it separated into the correct GL Accounts. I would like to Create an Activity such as Day Camp and allow it to add a membership as well such as a child pool pass.

We at times have multiple programs that run simultaneously, and will have patrons sign up for multiple activities that take place at the same time. This causes not only our enrollment to get out of whack, but then we also have to refund the patron for whichever activity they wish to cancel.
