We use the Facility/Park Multi Resource view to print our daily in house schedules. At the top right it shows the date, however it lacks the day of the week. The day of the week would be a really helpful addition. Thank you!

It would be nice if there was a way to customize the way activities are sorted in the registration list. Right now everything is auto-sorted alphabetically. Some of our activities would make more sense if they were sorted my date for instance.

Every year we have fiscal transfers. For example, we open registration for some 2025 programs in November and December of 2024 or we might take a rental payment for a 2025 reservation in 2024. At the end of the year, for accounting purposes, we have to go through and sum up the totals for each GL account that was 2025 revenue and move it over. It be nice to have a report that listed every rental, activity, etc. that was in a 2025 date and showed the sum of revenue under each GL account. This would save a lot of manual work at the end of the year using several reports and cross referencing.

After a refund to an account, it asks if you want to print the refund request. Please add the "Print Options" box as we only need the first page of the refund. Otherwise it prints up the entire refund with waiver and wastes paper.

Save us a click! Add the barcode# on the main Profile Information page so we don't have to click into the "Edit Patron" page to view it.

If there would be a way to separate the "Use Same Address and Phones For All Individuals" into separate check box items when setting up member profiles, that would help tremendously. For family members who share an address, it is extremely uncommon that they also share a phone number (since everyone tends to have their own cell phone). Also, when this option is clicked, it reverts the Emergency Contact phone number to the same number as the member, which totally defeats the purpose of listing an emergency contact.

I frequently have to work on more than one membership at a time. To do so, I open up 2 or 3 tabs in Chrome. However, if I have John Doe open in one tab, and I search for Jane Smith in another tab (i.e. responding to a phone call), when I click on Jane Smith, John Doe's info displays instead. So then I have to back to the Search page, ask for Jane's Smith details again (poor customer experience) and hope that her info opens on the tab. It would be nice if each tab was self-contained, like the cookie/meta data was per tab.

It would helpful to have a "gender" specification field when patrons create an account. With unisex names I try to be conscious of using unisex pronouns until I know their gender. Having this information in their account info would be super helpful for customer support!
