Sportsman Feature Requests

Adding this as a check box option would remove having to manually type that out in the activity description and missing adding that detail. We already have to set the date/time when creating each activity, but we have had a few patrons complain that they "didn't know" and missed registration because they were waiting for one reason or another. The online description shows the duration of the activity, but it would be nice if it also showed when registrations close.

It would be great if we received a notification of an opening in a program with a waitlist. Preferably when we remove a participant from said program. For example, when the refund is complete a message would pop up stating there is a waitlist and asking if we want to print said waitlist.

Requesting a box (area) that can be used to add notes, updates, and/or legend to the select time screen for a facility rental, see attached. Often customers are confused when reserving a facility on why they cannot reserve a field or pavilion. Having a legend or the ability to add notes would be helpful. Sandy City, Utah

Please add age restriction option for facility rentals. Because of the liability waiver and beer/wine allowed at some of our facilities, to add age restrictions for online reservations would be extremely helpful. We are currently having to check ages and call anyone under age who has reserved a facility online who is not old enough.

Hi. When entering a payment, I have to enter specific information in the notes section referencing the specifics of what the person made payment for (e.g. Cemetery plot 52W Row2 Space 3, Lot 2384-5). Please create a way/option to have the notes show on the receipt or create a place to add notes which will show on receipt.

Bounced email notifications. When we send out an email through Sportsman Web and it doesn't go (aka bounces) we don't find out unless a concerned customer reaches out to us. We would like for there to be a notification under "My Watchlist" so we can see when the messages we send to our customers are not delivered. Then we can reach out to them in another way.

Add option to program definition to set advanced dates for resident only registration. After the set dates reg is open to everyone.

We have 13 facilities, 12 of which are the same per hour price. Currently, whenever we have a price change, we have to change each of the 26 timeslots for all 13 facilities. I would like to see a way for these timeslots to refer to a common defined 'price sheet(s)' or something similar so I can change all these prices without editing 338 timeslots. The idea would be you can either put in a price (current system) or chose to use a 'price sheet'. If you choose to use a price sheet, I would hope you could have several defined and select the applicable one. Village Green Community Center

On the main block reservation page- Currently, if there is an invoice associated with a reservation, there is a pop up that shows that you must delete the invoice first. It would be helpful to add a pop up that will go straight to the invoice to be able to delete the invoice instead of having to exit out of the error message and then clicking on the Fees & Billing Tab.

Rather than a pricing range, we'd like our rates to display as Resident and Nonresident to the public. They are listed as such in the buildout area in Sportsman, we'd like to see these reflected on the activityreg website.
