When you add a child to someone's group, the address and phone numbers automatically populate on the new account but the email does not. And since the emails are not listed as text, it's kind of a pain to add the parents email. We also require an email on everyone's account and our staff often fogets to copy the parent email before trying to add a child. When it doesn't let them proceed without the email, they need to go back and start all over again. Having it automatically populate like the phone numbers would be much easier for us.

I would like the ability to create a payment schedule for an existing balance. Currently the only way to create a payment schedule is to sell a new membership.

I would like to suggest having grid lines and ruler markings that can be toggled on and off in the design stage where widgets, text, buttons, etc. are added. It's not easy to guess when things are aligned or centered on the webpage.

It would be great if a client could see what position they are at on the waitlist by looking at their online account. In person, you can click "view waitlist" on each persons account to see this, but the client can't check themselves.

It would be really nice if the free form reservation pricing was able to calculate based on half hours. Right now if someone wanted to reserve a park for 4.5 hours, it will charge them for 5 hours. The only way to fix it is by doing the math and manually changing the price.

When a customer’s scheduled auto‑payment fails, the system should automatically monitor for any manual payment made afterward. If the customer makes a manual payment that satisfies the same balance, the system must automatically remove the previously failed scheduled payment from their payment schedule. This prevents the failed auto‑payment from being retried and eliminates the risk of a duplicate payment. Example: 02/05/26: Auto‑payment attempt fails 02/06/26: Customer makes a manual payment Expected system behavior: The failed 02/05/26 scheduled payment is automatically cleared from the customer’s schedule once the manual payment is posted.

It would be great if you could have a 'adding multiple' to waitlist. We can now 'register multiple' camps at one time, doing the same to add to multiple camp waitlist all at the same time would save a bunch of time.

We utilize Sportsman for Seniors and general registration. This year, the Seniors got a Waiver form, but in general, we don't use the Waiver button. So, we have hundreds of current participants without Waivers. Unfortunately, when you go to print the Waiver report for Waivers expiring, it pulls up ALL Participants regardless of if they ever had a waiver or not. We really need this report to work correctly and pull only people who have had WAIVERS and if they are expiring. To add a better step, it would be nice to pull those who have Waivers expiring between date 1 and date 2.

When signing up patrons for a program in-house or over the phone, they currently have to complete a waiver for every individual program signed up. After signing 1 waiver, the waiver should be automatically attached to their account and keep them covered for all programs for a whole calendar year.

Add option to program definition to set advanced dates for resident only registration. After the set dates reg is open to everyone.
