When reservations booked by the hour are modified (add or subtract an hour, for example) after payment has been made, Sportsman Web does not recalculate the amount the customer should owe or be refunded. Instead, we are shown a warning that it won't be recalculated, and thus have to cancel the original reservation & redo the entire thing. Including asking any questions, details or notes. Ideally, the software would do this calculation for us, and update in cash register whether the customer owes or receives a credit for the change. The current process is complicated & time consuming, when it should be basic math.
