Sportsman Feature Requests

I would like the ability to add permanent, timestamped notes to account groups and individual patrons. Each note should display who created it and when, and the notes should not be editable.

We send out reminder emails & text messages for programs that people have registered for. It would be very helpful if we could have these scheduled so we don't have to remind people to come to the program they signed up for while we are preparing for the program or are out of the office.

Can you please make it possible for coaches (i.e. class instructors) to print their roster instead of just see it on their devices? We require parents to sign in and out their children for programs. Our instructors can only see their rosters on their phones and cannot print a list of important information and attendance sheets. Our instructors have repeatedly asked for a full list to print out and keep on-site instead of scrolling through their phones.

It would be great if under Activities Reporting, when you select List of League/Programs/Classes and then pick your Selected Node, when you pick Include Program Description and Catalog View, that the League ID for each program were to show up on that report as well as the catalog number. We do a digital flip book of our programs and then hyperlink each class within the guide to take people to the activity registration site. None of the standard reports in your system show the League ID but that is what is needed to get people to the class to enroll. So, it would be great if it could be standard on those reports or at least let us choose it. Thanks!

It would be awesome to have a month view of everything that has already been reserved, for all, or selected facilities. Instead of showing what's open, only show EVERYTHING that has been reserved. I feel like people would use that feature to keep track of all reservations and activities, more like to have everything in one place.

When creating and editing our sports schedules, we would like the ability to view the distribution of games across days of the week, similar to the already-included Time Distribution and Field Distribution.

The ability to set specific rules before generating a league game schedule. I.e., "Team C cannot play Team G" or "Team F cannot play on June 10", etc.

We love this super helpful feature that shows everything going on today. We'd love to be able to advance it a day or two. In some cases, like having a blizzard, it would be helpful to find out what is "going on tomorrow" so we can better plan cancellations etc. There was seemingly no other way to neatly package up everything that is happening on a single day in one shot- activities, rentals, reservations, etc.

When you add a child to someone's group, the address and phone numbers automatically populate on the new account but the email does not. And since the emails are not listed as text, it's kind of a pain to add the parents email. We also require an email on everyone's account and our staff often fogets to copy the parent email before trying to add a child. When it doesn't let them proceed without the email, they need to go back and start all over again. Having it automatically populate like the phone numbers would be much easier for us.
