Sportsman Feature Requests

We love this super helpful feature that shows everything going on today. We'd love to be able to advance it a day or two. In some cases, like having a blizzard, it would be helpful to find out what is "going on tomorrow" so we can better plan cancellations etc. There was seemingly no other way to neatly package up everything that is happening on a single day in one shot- activities, rentals, reservations, etc.

We've got so many users that have 3+ profiles created and it's tedious to go through each one to merge duplicates in the current system. This feature (Dupe Checker) was in a donor system I previously used (LittleGreenLight - see attached image) and it saved so much time in merging duplicates.

Can we get an option to run automatic or bulk payments on activities similar to memberships. We have several year round activities/programs where they have the option to pay monthly. Many of our patrons are not able to pay for an entire dance year all at once so they make monthly payments. They frequently request for us to automatically charge their credit cards each month. It doesn't even need to be a true automated process. If I could run a report for everyone signed up for a program and charge all their cards at once (like memberships) that would save us and our patrons a lot of time and frustration.

Reporting>Activities>List of Programs/Classes: Right now, you can pull a handy list of all active programs, which could be used to easily pop right into our program guide - except it currently does not pull all the program information, specifically the Minimum, Location, Start and End times. It would be super helpful if you could pull ALL info about a program into Excel, so we can manipulate it.

One of the biggest downsides of the current On Hold or Banned status for member accounts is that it doesn’t actually prevent staff or the member from booking a facility. The system doesn’t block the action, and the only way to see that an account is on hold is by manually opening the member’s profile. I wish there were a feature that automatically prevented bookings for accounts marked as On Hold or Banned, or at least triggered a pop‑up warning when attempting to book under that name or account

Sportsman's currently integrates with Global Payments, which supports ACH/EFT processing. Sportsman's should implement an ACH integration in its POS to enable customers to pay via bank transfer both at the point of sale and for recurring billing. Benefits of Recreation Centers Using ACH: Lower processing costs — ACH fees are typically much cheaper than credit card fees ACH is often more reliable for recurring subscription billing than credit cards, and it can improve retention for monthly subscriptions. ACH has lower decline rates from expiring cards and fewer interruptions from card churn.

When a customer’s scheduled auto‑payment fails, the system should automatically monitor for any manual payment made afterward. If the customer makes a manual payment that satisfies the same balance, the system must automatically remove the previously failed scheduled payment from their payment schedule. This prevents the failed auto‑payment from being retried and eliminates the risk of a duplicate payment. Example: 02/05/26: Auto‑payment attempt fails 02/06/26: Customer makes a manual payment Expected system behavior: The failed 02/05/26 scheduled payment is automatically cleared from the customer’s schedule once the manual payment is posted.

While the activity reg is great for programs, classes, facility rental, etc., it would be a game changer if Sportsman had an app like other gyms do for members where they can check in, make payments, manage their membership through the app, etc.

We make use of the Facility Reservations function for the multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, racquetball, tennis, etc) in our building, and would love to be able to display those "live" court reservations on a TV display, or multiple displays.
