Sportsman Feature Requests

I would love if participants or parents could enter a nickname along with their actual name. Then I could include a nickname column on rosters and attendance sheets. I've noticed instructors handwrite what the participants actually like to be called.

There needs to be an option to print all membership cards at one time for a particular program. We have over 1300 pickleball members who need their cards printed. It takes me days to do this indivdually. If there was a "print selected" or "all" option this would be FANTASTIC.

Adel Family Aquatic Center It would be a huge benefit to be able to enter a pay rate to each individual when adding users instead of creating labor codes - I have 45 staff members and would need to create 30 + different labor codes to accomodate for new staff / returning staff each depending on years of service - level of certificatons - leadership team - to be able to enter their pay rate on the screen when adding them as a user would save time and simplify the process.

It would be helpful to have some type of audit log that show when account was modified and by who. I know we can find a log of who handles payments, but when it comes to modifying memberships in some way, putting notes in the account, etc. it would be really helpful to be able to use a audit log to back track to the person that modified the account in the event there was a problem or something done wrong so we can train specific staff on those issues.

We love this super helpful feature that shows everything going on today. We'd love to be able to advance it a day or two. In some cases, like having a blizzard, it would be helpful to find out what is "going on tomorrow" so we can better plan cancellations etc. There was seemingly no other way to neatly package up everything that is happening on a single day in one shot- activities, rentals, reservations, etc.

Add option to program definition to set advanced dates for resident only registration. After the set dates reg is open to everyone.

Be able to refund multiple items at one time including fees

We would like to be able to add a ticket number, not just a receipt number, to QR code layouts. That way when people purchase multiple tickets for an event with separate QR codes, they can distinguish between the different QR code tickets when printing. If they were numbered or had "1 of 10", "2 of 10", it would make it easier to see which tickets had already been printed.
