We want to remove the participant from the roster without refunding money or charging a cancellation fee because they didn't cancel, they just didn't show up or they didn't meet refund requirements.

For any volunteer coaches/instructors, having a checkbox or some sort of indicator that a background check has been completed and passed. An expiration date and notification for when these expire would be great.

When we have a block of rentals throughout the year, if we double click on one specific date, it takes us to the whole block listing. Then we have to scroll through the entire block to find the date we wanted. Instead, if we double click on a block reservation through the Facility Reservation page I would like it to take us directly to that specific date/event. It would cut out an additional search step.

I'd like the ability to quickly contact the teams playing a specific field/facility on a specific night (for weather notifications and other time-sensitive announcements). When we generate a Facility Reservation by Date report (say, Field #5 on 9/22) the "Email/Text Participants" should populate with the coaches contact information whose teams are "attached" to that game's field reservation through the league scheduling software.

Would it be possible to set up an automated notification system for punch passes. Ideally, when a patron’s remaining punches reach a certain number, we could configure it to automatically send an email or text letting them know their balance is getting low. This would help keep patrons informed and encourage timely renewals.

We need a report that we can export to excel, add an ID number next to the names, put it in alphabetical order. Sometimes the names are so long that it will only show the first name(a lot of names are long and it cuts off the last name.. example: Mohamed ... not showing last name because it is too long. Please give us the option to be able to change the report how we want it printed.

I would like to have the ability to give discount codes to customers for discounts on registrations.

In the Activity Registration Calendar, when you add an Event that is not through our activity registration, it automatically colors it yellow. It would be nice to choose what color that event is on the calendar. We are adding different events from different programs and would like to be able to differentiate between all of them. Thanks.

It would be nice to be able to round up a sale to the nearest whole dollar for our foundation or another cause for our community before finalizing sale.

A section in the program definition to specify the physical location where the program or class is being held.
