Having an option to sign up to volunteer coach to the program itself.

I’ve experimented with an AI browser plugin I built to enter programs into Sportsman. It works by navigating the site, clicking fields, and entering information like a staff member would. While helpful, this type of automation depends heavily on the layout of the website and can be slow at times and needs a little more oversite then I would like. I think adding WebMCP support would make this considerably more useful. Sportsman could expose selected program-management actions as structured tools that compatible AI agents could use through the customer’s existing signed-in session. Potential tools could include: Searching for or copying an existing program Creating and updating program drafts Adding dates, fees, locations, instructors, and sessions Validating required fields Publishing a program after user confirmation These tools could continue using Sportsman’s existing permissions, validation rules, and audit history. Even starting with program searches and draft creation would make AI-assisted data entry faster and more reliable than screen-based automation. The plugin has showed me that AI can effectively take our programs from our spreadsheets and build them all in Sportsman without a human but I think a WebMCP has the ability to massively speed this up in quality and time and just scale it. This would save potentially hundreds of man hours a year.

We do not have a need for multiple groups at our facility and patrons being on multiple groups accidentally is causing confusion with transaction histories and verifying if they have waivers on file. I'd like a setting to opt out of having that option.

We charge recurring membership fees. Occasionally while trying to change a membership type, stopping the recurring fee can get missed. The customer contacts us to let us know we have been charging them in error usually after we have charged two or three times. When I go in to refund, I must refund each line item individually. If I try to do them one after the other I get an error stating that if I continue I will have to do the refund manually. I know part of the reason for this is that the credit card company doesn't like multiple refunds back to back (fraud prevention), but it would be nice if I could put two or three refunds in the register and process them all at once. The current problem is once the refund is in the register I must pick the line item I want to refund; however, the system won't allow me to pick multiples. It would be nice if there was an easier way to do this. Currently I must do one refund wait 15 - 30 minutes and then do the next one and so on.

Could we have age and gender listed on the standard waitlist report? We frequently have people put their kids on the wrong waitlist. Having that info. on the report would make it easier to get that all sorted out. It would also be nice if the notes automatically showed when you clicked on the name rather than needing to double clicking and opening up each person one at a time.

Is there a way to make the excel export of custom reports the same as the desktop version? On the web version, it doesn't keep any formatting, titles, etc. It puts everything into one giant list. So if you have multiple classes or sessions in one program, you need to go back and add that all yourself. I use this feature weekly to get participant information to our contract coordinators where some have 25+ classes. A pdf doesn't work because then they need to manually enter all the information in that they need, like emails. It's too time consuming to do it on the web version so I use the desk top version, for now. Thank you!

Is there a way to opt out of the new feature that automatically sends QR codes to members?

When creating a facility calendar to check room availability it would be nice if we could have the rooms their own color. This would make it easier to see what was available and what is not.

Is there anyway to get an actual signature on the waiver signature line? This would be helpful for accounts that need waivers on file but the patron is not old enough to sign the form. A parent signature would be a good way to prevent non-parents from signing.

When clicking on the "Membership Tab" under a user's account, can you add a column next to "Purchased by" that shows who the membership is "Assigned To"? That would be helpful to have all of that information on the membership tab for the family group so we do not have to click on each individual sold membership to see who has an assigned membership.
