It would be helpful to know the date and time that the profile was created. I know that you can access this information if you go to "Combine Accounts" Lookup Individual- If there was a column on the results page that showed date created, that would be helpful and could prompt office staff to combine accounts if they see one was recently created and duplicated. And/or Profile Information- Have the information displayed on the individual's profile page, would also be helpful.

When viewing Block Reservations, it would be great to be able to view the "reason" along with the day, date, time, and facility on the filter screen.

On the facility questions - list of choices, have the ability to choose multiple answers & add a quantity. Example: Would you like to add concessions items: ice cream cones, quantity: 12 & slushie: quantity: 6 Would you like to add backyard games? Answer: pick 2 items: bag boards & 4 in a row - Racine County

When emailing patrons, it would be extremely helpful if the system could automatically remove duplicate email addresses before sending. Currently, if a parent has multiple children enrolled in the same class or program, the system sends them the same email multiple times. This is quickly using up our email limits and can also be frustrating for parents who may receive the same message 3–5 times. Having an automatic duplicate-email filter would help reduce unnecessary emails, improve communication efficiency, and create a better experience for both staff and patrons.

For example, we have created a seasonal program for our pool (lap swim) that we would like to be free to members that have purchased one of our seasonal pool memberships, specifically excluding the annual gym membership. However, current activity and membership parameters only allows for us to check the box to give membership discount across the board. Alternatively, purchasing a seasonal pool pass does not include regular group fitness classes. The system could be better for member/non-member rates and connecting them to the respective membership. Will this be part of the upcoming "flex pricing"?

If an activity has fee-based questions associated with it, deleting the activity alone will not refund those question fees. For example: Camp registration fee: $50 Question: "Would you like an extra shirt?" → Yes (+$5) Total paid: $55 If you delete the camp registration, the system will only refund the $50 activity fee. The $5 shirt fee will remain on the account because it is tied to the question response, not the activity itself. To receive a full refund, you must first go to Account Details and remove any fee-based question responses. Once those question fees are removed, deleting the activity will refund the remaining activity fee. Current behavior: Delete activity only → Refunds activity fee only Delete fee-based question responses and activity → Refunds full amount paid

Event Ticketing, add the ability to do member, non-member fess

Would like a way to add a refundable fee (in addition to standard registration fee) into activity registrations without a Yes/No question. Currently can't find a way to add this without the Y/N question, and it will only charges with one answer or the other. It also confuses everyone. It would be less confusing if it was just a fee- no question.

It would be helpful to still track if someone scanned a card that is expired by having a sort of "failed scan" annotated with the date and time under the admission history log. It could even be highlighted in red to bring attention to the member attempting to check in without a valid membership.

It would be helpful if all the fees associated with a membership, activity, facility reservation etc. would show on the waiver. For example, we have an enrollment fee connected to all of our memberships, but only the membership fee shows up on the waiver. Another example is facility reservations: we require a deposit, but only the facility fee shows on the waiver, not the deposit.
