Bulk edit block reservations
After we set up a block of reservations, it would be nice to have the option to select all, or some of them to edit as a group. For example, to change the time slots or edit the notes.

Restricting number of facilities allowed to reserve per day
Being able to reserve more than one time slot per day while restricting it based on the facility. Example scheduling of multiple tennis courts, but only allowing one reservation for each court per day.

Wait List for Facilities
I think it would be beneficial to have a wait list for facilities. Our early summer dates typically are fully booked due to graduation parties. Therefore, if there is a cancellation, we would likely be able to fill that time slot. By enabling a waitlist, we would have a patrons information already there to see if they were still interested in the facility.

Ability to Transfer ALL Facility Reservation Info. When Changing the Facility
Currently, SportsMan Web gives users the ability to "Change Selected Facility" on a facility reservation; however, when you do so, all the information is lost except for the name of the individual, date, start and end times. Monthly calendar, all reservations/activities
It would be awesome to have a month view of everything that has already been reserved, for all, or selected facilities. Instead of showing what's open, only show EVERYTHING that has been reserved. I feel like people would use that feature to keep track of all reservations and activities, more like to have everything in one place.

Update "Pricing" to "Resident" and "Nonresident" on activityreg site.
Rather than a pricing range, we'd like our rates to display as Resident and Nonresident to the public. They are listed as such in the buildout area in Sportsman, we'd like to see these reflected on the activityreg website.

Reservation Notes/Update and/or Legend Box
Requesting a box (area) that can be used to add notes, updates, and/or legend to the select time screen for a facility rental, see attached. Often customers are confused when reserving a facility on why they cannot reserve a field or pavilion. Having a legend or the ability to add notes would be helpful. Sandy City, Utah

Age Restrictions for Facility Reservations
Please add age restriction option for facility rentals. Because of the liability waiver and beer/wine allowed at some of our facilities, to add age restrictions for online reservations would be extremely helpful. We are currently having to check ages and call anyone under age who has reserved a facility online who is not old enough.

Streamlined Facility Pricing
We have 13 facilities, 12 of which are the same per hour price. Currently, whenever we have a price change, we have to change each of the 26 timeslots for all 13 facilities. I would like to see a way for these timeslots to refer to a common defined 'price sheet(s)' or something similar so I can change all these prices without editing 338 timeslots. The idea would be you can either put in a price (current system) or chose to use a 'price sheet'. If you choose to use a price sheet, I would hope you could have several defined and select the applicable one. Village Green Community Center

Block Reservation- Deleting invoices
On the main block reservation page- Currently, if there is an invoice associated with a reservation, there is a pop up that shows that you must delete the invoice first. It would be helpful to add a pop up that will go straight to the invoice to be able to delete the invoice instead of having to exit out of the error message and then clicking on the Fees & Billing Tab.
