Currently, we charge a $500 damage deposit for one of our facility reservations. It is set up as a tentative reservation, that upon approval will charge the patrons card for $500. After their reservation is over, we are then required to refund the $500 deposit as long as there was no damage. A lot of patrons want the option to pay the damage deposit with a check, and we would prefer that in order to speed up the refund process and eliminate the associated fees with credit card transactions. It would be great if, upon approval of the tentative reservation, it took us to the cart where we can enter the preferred payment method for the damage deposit as well as the fee for the facility itself.
