It would be great to be able to create reservations with multiple locations/dates within the facility scheduler; not using the block option.

It would be great if people who owed a balance for a rental showed in a different color so you could see when looking at the calendar.

We would like to have the option to show facility reservations (block and other) on the community calendar with the web name (not the room name). Not all reservations - just ones we want. We are a community center and have a lot of recurring block reservations for public meetings or drop-in classes. Currently I have to add them to the calendar separately from making the reservation (and then I have to remember to change both). It would really help to have this be all done when we make the facility reservation.

Currently, we charge a $500 damage deposit for one of our facility reservations. It is set up as a tentative reservation, that upon approval will charge the patrons card for $500. After their reservation is over, we are then required to refund the $500 deposit as long as there was no damage. A lot of patrons want the option to pay the damage deposit with a check, and we would prefer that in order to speed up the refund process and eliminate the associated fees with credit card transactions. It would be great if, upon approval of the tentative reservation, it took us to the cart where we can enter the preferred payment method for the damage deposit as well as the fee for the facility itself.

Create a report where we can choose how attendance is calculated. We use timeslot reservations and some facilities are in 30-minute timeslots. Sportsman duplicates attendance for a two hour reservation 4 times due to 30-minute timeslot. If it is a single individual reserving consecutive timeslots, I only want to count the attendance one time. For a one month report for 6 tennis courts there is about 1600 rows of data in Excel and you can't eliminate duplicates because people reserve multiple times a month. If there is another way to do this in Excel, somebody please tell me.

Rock Springs Parks & Recreation While we are two distinct facilities (Family Recreation Center and Civic Center), we do cross many activities in our buildings and local parks. We need to be able to see and manipulate the Block Registration feature without affecting our separate financials. We share cross-site memberships, could Block Reservations have a feature where created facilities are treated the same as the memberships?

Currently, we offer patrons the ability to view available reservation dates online. Users can easily check whether a date is reserved or open. Currently, some entries display the names of patrons, while most indicate blocked-out dates. We would prefer to simplify this by listing these entries as "reserved" instead of specifying reasons, such as "employee luncheon" to the public.

I would like the ability to modify predefined time slots ( in the Reserve Facility window) when making reservations. Currently, several of our facilities are set up to automatically block time in the calendar; however, some reservations require full-day access, while others may only need up to six hours. Personalizing these time frames to better reflect our needs would significantly enhance calendar management.

We use the Facility/Park Multi Resource view to print our daily in house schedules. At the top right it shows the date, however it lacks the day of the week. The day of the week would be a really helpful addition. Thank you!

It would be nice to have a customized drop down questions/answers when having people reserve facilities in house ( we do not have this open online, it must be done in person) so we don't forget questions to ask and make it a quicker reservation process ( How many people attending, What time are you arriving, how many tables/chairs, will you need the tv's or mic's, which doors need to be unlocked, etc) Right now we have to type it in for each reservation some things get missed and sometimes timely to type all the information in. It would help to make it a quicker process
