It would be very helpful to include the organization name to the facility reservation waiver/permit, as well as check requisition forms. At this time, just the customer name is listed. This would be helpful when we issue check requests to the organization through our finance department.

When viewing Block Reservations, it would be great to be able to view the "reason" along with the day, date, time, and facility on the filter screen.

It would be great to have the ability to edit a block reservation after the invoice has been paid without having to delete the invoice. For example, when someone wants to cancel one day of their block reservation or remove a service I don't have a good, clean way to reflect that. My current workaround is to "refund" the reservation as a credit to the account, delete the invoice, rebuild the reservation block, and then "pay" with the credit. The ability to edit the reservation without all the extra steps would be extremely helpful.

Currently, we offer patrons the ability to view available reservation dates online. Users can easily check whether a date is reserved or open. Currently, some entries display the names of patrons, while most indicate blocked-out dates. We would prefer to simplify this by listing these entries as "reserved" instead of specifying reasons, such as "employee luncheon" to the public.

On the facility questions - list of choices, have the ability to choose multiple answers & add a quantity. Example: Would you like to add concessions items: ice cream cones, quantity: 12 & slushie: quantity: 6 Would you like to add backyard games? Answer: pick 2 items: bag boards & 4 in a row - Racine County

When viewing or editing a specific date within a block reservation, the location automatically changes to the first location option in the facility tree. It would be great if the location would stay as is, rather than automatically save to the new location.

Please add age restriction option for facility rentals. Because of the liability waiver and beer/wine allowed at some of our facilities, to add age restrictions for online reservations would be extremely helpful. We are currently having to check ages and call anyone under age who has reserved a facility online who is not old enough.

Rather than a pricing range, we'd like our rates to display as Resident and Nonresident to the public. They are listed as such in the buildout area in Sportsman, we'd like to see these reflected on the activityreg website.

With all of our facility reservations, we give the current lessee 7 days to book that same facility before it becomes available to the general public online. Example: The Smith Family Reunion is held on the 2nd Saturday in August every year at the American Legion Shelter. They have 7 days after their reservation to book the facility for the following year before it becomes available for the rest of the public to reserve. To do this requires some creativity, and does not allow for the Smith family to reserve online, but rather, we have to override this in person or over the phone. It would be great to provide the Smith family with an email link that would allow them to reserve the facility prior to it being available to everyone else. I can also see this being extremely useful for campsites as well.

We make use of the Facility Reservations function for the multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, racquetball, tennis, etc) in our building, and would love to be able to display those "live" court reservations on a TV display, or multiple displays.
