GL Codes Optional In Rentals

During the summer, we offer equipment for public use at no cost. It would be beneficial to facilitate sportsman rentals for this equipment without linking it to a GL, as we do not impose any charges for these services.

Make an option for there to be no waiver on certain rental items.
