Having this automated would improve our registration so much!

This would be super helpful and allow us to work more effectivley. Having to move registration dates for residnets manually has been less than ideal.

This feature is absolutely essential and needs to be prioritized as soon as possible. Currently, our staff members are losing sleep because the only option available for switching over registration is to do it manually at midnight. This is not a sustainable solution. Please consider this a sincere and urgent request to elevate the priority of this issue — it’s impacting our team’s well-being and workflow.

I hope this will be coming soon. Anything we can automate these processes for small facilities is extremely helpful.

My recommendation from other software would be that when you create a season, ex: Summer 2025, the registration date for residents and non-residents is set for every program created as the default, then have the option to adjust inside individual programs for outliers. This would prevent needing to create it for 100% and only adjust for less than 5% I would imagine for most departments.

Please, please.... There should be a resident and a non-resident date for registration. The only thing that I really miss when we switched over from RecTrac. The fact that I have to manually uncheck the resident box at midnight for my non-residents to register is way to stressful. Our Pickleball program fills in a matter of minutes and if I missed it just once I might have to retire.
