Sportsman Feature Requests

Most people have cell phones. Cell phone numbers are needed for the "ID Card" functionality to work. It makes sense to have the Cell Phone field mandatory instead of the Day phone field.

Now that we can put organizations into the database, we need to be able to look them up without a person's name, but by the organization name. -Laurie - Fairlawn Parks & Recreation

Save us a click! Add the barcode# on the main Profile Information page so we don't have to click into the "Edit Patron" page to view it.

It would be helpful to add a "gender" specification field for when patrons create an account. For names that are unisex, I try to be very conscious of using unisex pronouns until I know the gender and having an option to specify gender would be super helpful with customer service!

This feature was on the desktop SportsMan. This is for corporate sponsors and allows notes to pop up when everyone selects a specific sponsor. Example notes our company used, "Application must be signed by employer" or "Payroll Deduction Approved". This system was a life saver in the desktop, but none of the notes pop up in the Web. Would love to see this sooner than later.

I think it would be beneficial to be able to create a business profile. Currently if you would like to add a business profile, you have to add their profile just like you would any individual, and makes it difficult to find in a search. Additionally, there would be less steps to adding a corporate membership or reservation.

If I need to resend a membership waiver to a member, I chose Print Waiver, then email Waiver. The system does not fill in the email address of the member like it does with all other receipts. I can not easily go back and get that person's email address without cancelling and going back to their account info. Thanks

When clicking on "Update Waiver", automatically place the cursor in the 'month' portion of the "New Waiver Signed:" date field to eliminate an extra mouse click.

We would like to have the group ID numbers that were on Sportsman desktop to be transferred to Sportsman cloud. Nampa Parks and Recreation

We do not want people to be able to use the credit they have on account to purchase a new membership. You have Courtesy Credits as an option to not be accepted, can you add Paid Credits too? Ladera Recreation District. Thanks
