I would like the ability to create a payment schedule for an existing balance. Currently the only way to create a payment schedule is to sell a new membership.

Hi Jaben, this is available. The steps to take to do so are as follows:
look up individual
Account details
Choose the item that has the balance (double click)
Click on "Add Payment Plan" on bottom right hand corner
Let us know if that doesn't work!
