Have memberships that haven't been paid, but have been charged show as not active. Currently when we create a recurring charge, all memberships go to Active even when the payment is declined.

Hi Shannon Backstrom I believe we have the solution for this. In Site Configuration > Memberships you'll see an option that says "Don't allow admittance on memberships with an outstanding balance". I believe this will take care of it. If not, will you let us know?
