Track Transactions by User ID

Is there, or could there be, a report that tracks transactions based on the login ID? It helps when there is an error, and while the time/date feature for report sorting is handy, if the same mistake is made on multiple days, tracking by user would be more helpful.

To piggyback on this idea. (Unless I am missing it) There is no way to show who makes a block reservation. We have had some concerns that if we cannot see who makes them, we don't know who to contact if there is a conflict or a mistake.
