I would like the ability to add permanent, timestamped notes to account groups and individual patrons. Each note should display who created it and when, and the notes should not be editable.

This would be great. I would love this, but editable by admin levels only would be my preference. I used the group notes to remind myself of different situations. Most of the time I would want it left alone, but there may be times when I may need to make changes.
