It would be helpful to know the date and time that the profile was created. I know that you can access this information if you go to "Combine Accounts"

Lookup Individual- If there was a column on the results page that showed date created, that would be helpful and could prompt office staff to combine accounts if they see one was recently created and duplicated.

And/or

Profile Information- Have the information displayed on the individual's profile page, would also be helpful.
