Only 1 waiver is needed to sign up for all programs

When signing up patrons for a program in-house or over the phone, they currently have to complete a waiver for every individual program signed up. After signing 1 waiver, the waiver should be automatically attached to their account and keep them covered for all programs for a whole calendar year.

What if the waiver changes or the waiver they are signing is a custom one different from the default form? Would you like this for just the individual or more of a family waiver form once signed the entire family is good for the year?

Greg Love I think a family waiver is a great idea! And once it is signed, it is good for a whole calendar year.

Greg Love and if they need to sign a custom one, that can always be sent to people individually once they register.

Greg Love I would say if you have a custom waiver set up for an activity, that would trump the annual waiver, and that activity would require a separate waiver. I also think each adult in a family should have their own annual waiver and either parent could sign a waiver for themselves and their minor children. One adult can't sign for another adult.

This would be amazing--some of our clients refuse to register online because it is too complicated for them. Getting rid of each pop up between would be so helpful.
