Summary

We are requesting the ability to generate a single custom report across multiple selected activities/age divisions simultaneously, rather than being required to run and export them individually.

Current Problem & Workaround

In our Youth Sports programs, we utilize custom questions within activities to gather essential participant details (such as uniform sizes, allergy/medical information, and emergency contact details).

Due to current system limitations in Sportsman, custom reports can only be generated for one activity/age group (e.g., 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U) at a time. To consolidate this data into a master roster, our team must manually:

Generate four separate PDF reports (one per age group).

Copy and paste data from each individual PDF into an external spreadsheet.

Combine the information manually into a single document.

This process is time-consuming and introduces potential data errors during manual transfers.

Requested Solution

We request the functionality to select multiple activities (or a full league) when running a custom report, allowing Sportsman to generate a single consolidated report (PDF or export) containing all selected age divisions at once, with options to filter or group by league/division.
