When we generate invoices for specific patrons (not block reservations), we cannot customize what is included on the invoice, the taxes are not broken down, and it does not include our phone number/email in the PDF OR the invoice number. We rely on invoicing our community groups and there is not enough information in the "Send Invoice" report to suit our needs. We currently have to manually generate invoices and this has caused a lot of error.
