Ryan Prosser are you asking that there be instant messaging on ActivityReg that then goes to your staff? Or is your idea of "questions of comments" more of a "leave your message here and we'll get back to you as soon as possible"?

It'd be nice to have a link on the activityreg site that said, Questions or Comments? and then they could enter some info, and it'd become a request within Sportsman which all off our staff could see and then work on it and respond to it. With Sportsman we can track reservations and registrations, but we need a more complete tool to manage rec customers and would like to see that from Sportsman.

There's a few products out there that are very affordable or build it yourself that are AI based and train off each unique individual url on your website and quickly become 'experts' on your info. They are decent for questions and answers and you can add your own series of answers and escalations that the bot will follow to add a more controlled setting to it
