One of our office staff asked if there was a way for invoices to be sent to businesses and/or patrons and the business could click a link on an email and pay through a portal (without logging into an account) with a credit card.
1. We create an account for a business internally
2. We create an invoice in their account
3. We email the invoice to the client
4. They click a link in the invoice which takes them to a website portal with the details of the invoice on that link
5. They do not have to log into their account to view/ pay balances due, they only have to click the link to go to the portal and enter their Credit Card information which will automatically send them a receipt (and possibly a receipt to our department to show payment)
*Not sure if this should be categorized as online registration- it's more on the lines of payment plans.
