Credit Card Refund Initiated by Patron

We do not want patrons to be allowed to initiate their own credit card refunds, so hopefully this will be option.

Anne-Marie Orester, it would definitely be a configurable option if added. We don't want to force you to allow online cc refunds if you don't want to. As it stands, the currently available option to allow cancellations to be initiated by patrons for credits to their account is configurable as well.

BriAnne Bauman Thank you for the clarification. We have to send all refund requests through our department head, at the very least, and can't just have people playing with, essentially, taxpayer funds without major reasons.
