Coach/Instructor Access to Printable Rosters

Can you please make it possible for coaches (i.e. class instructors) to print their roster instead of just see it on their devices? We require parents to sign in and out their children for programs. Our instructors can only see their rosters on their phones and cannot print a list of important information and attendance sheets. Our instructors have repeatedly asked for a full list to print out and keep on-site instead of scrolling through their phones.

Yes, this would be amazing! We have so many contracted/partner programs and would love to give those instructors more autonomy and minimize our workload.

Can you email or print rosters for coaches?

Whitney Johnson I can do that - and have had to, but the goal is that I do not need to take the time to print a roster and get it to my staff that work all over the community or email it to them for them to print it themselves. If there are changes to the roster after I initially send it, I have to email it over and over again. With numerous programs all starting on different dates and locations - the time it takes me to send individual class rosters to everyone and then re-send if there are changes is not the best use of my time. If they can see their roster online, they should be able to print from there.
