Can't book facilities for accounts that are banned/on hold

One of the biggest downsides of the current On Hold or Banned status for member accounts is that it doesn’t actually prevent staff or the member from booking a facility. The system doesn’t block the action, and the only way to see that an account is on hold is by manually opening the member’s profile.
I wish there were a feature that automatically prevented bookings for accounts marked as On Hold or Banned, or at least triggered a pop‑up warning when attempting to book under that name or account

We offer a hold for our fitness center members from 1 to 6 months for injuries, travel etc. so we use the hold in a different way. I agree it would be helpful to have a pop up to let staff know the membership is on hold so that they don't just create another membership.
