It would be very helpful if there could be an "in-house" calendar tab on the top, like Cash Register and Reports, etc... Not all of the staff can easily understand the "Going on Today" list on the main screen and would benefit from a daily/weekly visual calendar view. Some staff are not comfortable enough to click on the activity/program link to get to the calendar, let alone navigate through all of the options available. However, I think if you had the option to just view a calendar (for one day at a time), then be able to choose if you want to view programs, facility reservations, etc., that it would help staff grasp what all is going on for the day in the facility.
