It would be helpful to have some type of audit log that show when account was modified and by who. I know we can find a log of who handles payments, but when it comes to modifying memberships in some way, putting notes in the account, etc. it would be really helpful to be able to use a audit log to back track to the person that modified the account in the event there was a problem or something done wrong so we can train specific staff on those issues.

We have this with our Connecteam app and it is very helpful. Wish Sportsman would implement this so we can track issues and provide extra training as mentioned!

I have been asking about this for the last few years, I thought I had posted it here, but I couldn't find it. This is a concern, as it creates the opportunity for theft, but no way to prove it if it is suspected; and when asked if Peak employees can see it on their "back end", they state that they have no way of seeing that information. I find it alarming that they don't have provisions built into their software to track who is doing what within it.

This would be so helpful! With so many staff we are often trying to figure out who did what and why when something changes.
