It would be a huge benefit to be able to enter a pay rate to each individual when adding users instead of creating labor codes - I have 45 staff members and would need to create 30 + different labor codes to accomodate for new staff / returning staff each depending on years of service - level of certificatons - leadership team - to be able to enter their pay rate on the screen when adding them as a user would save time and simplify the process.
