So just to be clear on this you would like a report of those that have scanned but came up red whether its the wrong barcode or no membership at all or its expired etc.?

Greg Love Thanks Greg, you are correct. I'd like to be able to see a report (by date range) that shows me all who scanned red, their name, barcode, date and reason. If we could sort on those fields, that would awesome too.
Basically, we frequently get too busy to catch these scofflaws or they have headphones and "can't hear us'. This would allow us to put their accounts on hold or contact them directly.

Totally agree....we have folks that 'slide in' when it gets busy....this report would be SO helpful!
