Worker Schedule Day Availability

I'd like to suggest adding a Weekly availability schedule to the employee's user profile. For example, we have one employee who is unavailable to work all Monday's and instead of entering 50+ off work monday's I wish there was an area with check boxes where I could select Tuesday through Sunday for this specific employee. This would then automatically show him as an unavailable employee when we are assigning workers to an order on Monday calendar dates. or a recurring option within the Off Work Schedule entry form
