We would like the ability to build a quote, then turn it into a field ticket or work order ( maybe both), then turn that work order into a quote after adjusting pricing.

Would also like the ability to text a basic field ticket to the field techs so we can eliminate all paperwork/ confusion.

Also add the ability to track time (both driving and onsite time) we would need 4 different inputs for field techs (Departure from office, Arrival onsite, Departure from site, and completed for the day). Plus a clock in/out feature for shop time

I come from a company that used Cenpoint and had all of these abilities plus many more. It made time tracking and billing much more convenient and timely.
